Install on your phone
It only takes 10 seconds — and from then on it acts like any other app.
Desktop
In Chrome or Edge on Mac/Windows/Linux:
- Look for the install icon in the address bar — a small computer with a down-arrow on the right side.
- Click it, then click Install.
- The portal opens in its own window with no browser chrome.
- You'll find it in your Applications (Mac) or Start Menu (Windows).
No install icon? Open the browser menu and look for "Install Fill The Floor Portal…".

Is this an app or a website?
Both — technically. It's a website that behaves like a real app once you install it: full-screen, on your home screen, works offline, gets push notifications.
Does it cost anything?
No — your portal access is included with your booking.
Will it use up my data?
Barely. It's a small app and most data is cached on your phone after the first visit.
How do I uninstall it?
Just like any other app — long-press the icon and choose Remove App / Uninstall.
